Returns & Exchange Policy

IN-STORE PURCHASES

  • If for any reason you are not happy with the comfort, look and fit of your Danier product, we want to make it easy for you to return.  
  • Your original or gift receipt must accompany all returns or exchanges.
  • All returns will be refunded in the original form of payment.
  • All regular priced items to be considered for full refund must be returned within 7 days of purchase provided the merchandise is in new and unworn condition with all original hang tags attached.
  • Gift merchandise to be considered for exchange must be returned within 7 days of purchase provided the merchandise is in new and unworn condition with all original hang tags attached.
  • Sale merchandise will be considered for exchange only and must be returned within 7 days of purchase provided the merchandise is in new and unworn condition with all original tags attached and ready for another customer to love.
  • All Clearance merchandise is Final Sale.
  • Price adjustments will be made with the original receipt, within in 7 days of purchase.

  • Price adjustments will not be made on sale merchandise.

  • Refunds/exchanges will not be permitted after the allowable return period.

All Danier apparel and accessories are quality guaranteed for 60 days after purchase. This quality guarantee includes stitching and hardware issues only.   If you have any concerns about the workmanship of our products, bring them back to one of Danier locations or send them back us and we will fix or replace it. 

 

ONLINE  PURCHASES

  • Return shipping costs, to the Returns Facility, are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or the wrong item sent.
  • For Shipping returns of your online purchase, please contact us for return authorization at::    customercare@danier.com
  • And we will provide you with further instructions on how and where returns should be shipped as well as the amount you will be refunded. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached within 7 days of receipt, based on Shipping Tracking Receipt records.
  • If you return an item that is worn, damaged, stained, and/or does not have the original hang tag attached, your return will not be processed and you will not be refunded.  
  • Sale merchandise will be considered for exchange only and must be returned within 7 days of receipt.    
  • All clearance merchandise is Final Sale.
  • Price adjustments will be made with the original receipt, within in 7 days of purchase.

  • Price adjustments will not be made on sale merchandise.

  • Refunds/exchanges will not be permitted after the allowable return period.

 

For online returns that are non refundable, our Customer Service will notify via email and offer you 2 options:

1.The item can be reshipped to you at no cost.
2.The item can be donated to a local shelter.

  • If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, we will assume you prefer option 2.
  • We work diligently to get returns processed as quickly as possible.  Typically when an item is received in our Returns Facility, it will be processed within 5-10 business days.  
  • Once your return is received and processed (6-8 weeks), a refund will be issued to your credit card.  Customers are responsible for return costs to their nearest return centre.  The shipping fee is not refundable.
  • If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item, taxes or shipping fees related to the item.
  • We regret  that we cannot issue refunds for merchandise not received by Danier. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ONLINE PURCHASES

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase please contact us for return authorization at:

  • And we will provide you with further instructions on how and where returns should be shipped as well as the amount you will be refunded.  Items returned must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached within 30 days from the date of online purchase.  
  • If you return an item that is worn, damaged, stained, and/or does not have the original hang tag attached, your return will not be processed and you will not be refunded.  

 

For online returns that are non refundable, our Customer Service will notify via email and offer you 2 options:


1.The item can be reshipped to you at no cost.

  • If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, we will assume you prefer option 2.
  • Return shipping costs to the Returns Facility are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your total refund.
  • Please note that items coming from International locations must first pass through customs at the Canadian border before arriving in our Returns Facility in Ontario to be processed.  Then it  could take upwards of 3-5 business days to get to our Returns Facility.  We appreciate your patience.
  • Once the item is received and approved for refund,  we will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and and duties, taxed, and or VAT originally paid on the returning item, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.   The cost of return shipping to our Returns Facility will be deducted from this amount.
  • If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item, duty, custom tariffs, taxes, or shipping fees related to the item.
  • We regret  that we cannot issue refunds for merchandise not received by Danier.  
  • At this time we are unable to offer exchanges on international orders.

Danier.com orders shipped to International destinations cannot be returned to a Danier retail store.
